SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped using USPS or FEDEX. When you are in our checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select the method you prefer. Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated based on your choice. Customer (person placing the order) is responsible for paying the shipping charges. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Certain items that are temporarily out of stock may take longer. If order is delayed we will email you of the availability date.
RETURN POLICY: All orders are inspected and delivered to USPS in original manufacturer condition. If any shipping box and item ordered is damaged make claim with the shipper. Defective Merchandise is fully guaranteed for exchange only. Merchandise must be returned in its original unmarred and undamaged packaging. The package should be placed in a larger box when making the return. All damage and defective claims must be made within 48 hours from the date you received your merchandise. To make a claim, call Simba Products between 10am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday at 800-811-0109 for an authorization number that should be placed on the outside of the box being shipped back.
